Hair blower

Has anyone found a good hair blower that will run off a 1000 watt inverter? Thanks.

Got this for my wife and she says it works great. Says it doesn't get quite as hot but does the job just fine.

Aren't most 2 speeds 1500W on hi and 500W on low?

Hair driers (blowers) usually have 2 speeds, low and high.

The wattage consumption is 500 or 1500 watts.

The 500 watts will dry the hair, but the user will have to have a lot of patience.

Trying the 1500 watt setting, will pop the fuse or circuit breaker, as the case may be.

Although I respect everyone's opinion here, I'll continue to rely on the person I know that uses a hairdryer every single day. Many a dollar has been spent on hairdryers in this household. My wife takes her own ceramic super-whatever hairdryer to hotels because she says theirs are terrible. If she says this thing does the job, I believe her. And as the person sitting around waiting for her, I can say I don't find myself sitting around for an inordinate amount of time.
