Mrs. Hi Ho has never had any issues asking unknown folks questions and just got us a cheap hookup by making a phone call. Work will carry me to mid-West Virginia next week and we decided to make a road trip of it. The nearest published camping area is 1 hour away -too far so the Misses calls the local Mayors office (Oh no, they they've been alerted we are coming!
) and they say "Let us look around and we'll call ya' back"
And they did! $15 for hookups 2 blocks from the river and Town Hall
, along with an apology that it took 24 hours for the return call. We plan on returning the hospiality with a thank-you-gift.
