Smile Boondock Inn Boltonpalooza

The 4th annual Boltonpalooza will be held this weekend at Osborn farms near Memphis Tn. There are already 5 vintage airstreams sited for an afternoon and evening of live blues, Memphis style Barbeque, and frivolity. Anyone interested in attending can private message me for more details and directions. Located just 8 miles off I-40 on the east side of Memphis plenty of room to boondock and enjoy the live music

I'm going to a Bluegrass Festval in Maryland but......

The Boondockers Blues BBQ sounds very cool. I wonder how long it would take for a mandolin player,..... to get invited to leave.

During the accoustic sets a mandolin player would add a lot to the mix. Plus there is always the breakout groups under the trees streatching the limits of da bluz

There's always the Fender Electric Mandolin, like a little Strat or a Gibson Mandobird. Hooked up to a Twin Reverb, should make the blues just fine.

After 4 years near Asheville NC and being married to a woman whose father founded a music festival in Mars Hill NC I would testify that a Mandolin makes sweet. blues music
