Bad luck! I was rear ended and everything from the floor up was condensed about 3 feet towards the front! Any one having a unit damaged elsewhere willing to part out for my needs, contact me at phil@gvec.net prefer response in San Antoino/Houston area.
Thanks for your time.
Vic

Hi Vic,

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, you may want to look for your needed parts in the classified section.

If I understand correctly, your unit is the Argosy 24 rear door floorplan. This is one of the rarest of Vintage Argosy coaches as it was only produced in limited numbers for one or two years. Finding a similar rig being parted out may be very difficult. The standard front entry (door ahead of axles) is among the most common Argosy 24 floorplans as it was produced from 1972 through 1978.

You might try contacting the various RV salvage yards that have been discussed on the Forum over the past few years and let them know what you are looking for -- they may not have it now but might put your information on a "watch list" as units come into their facilities. Try using the Forum search feature and look for "Airstream Salvage Yards".

Best wishes for your search for the needed repair parts.

Kevin
