Andy, I know about Olympic rivets, head shaver, pop rivets, sealer etc. I only need to know about channel, any internal brackets, stuff I can't see and have never been into before. Thanks, again.

Looks like the kind of buckle that appears when the front end is dropped, of the ball or jack stand, when that 600-800 pounds hits the ground something gives.

Not dropped. No other evidence, ie. interference between tongue and lower belt molding, no jack evidence, no evidence on the curb side, no witness marks on A frame, etc. Definitely a force applied about 3" below the window, I believe prior to the corner guard installed. The sealer is even a thicker bead in the depressed area between the guard hinge and skin.

You can use some 1/8 inch thick aluminum angle to beef up the stiffener, after you straighten it.

You can get that at Home Depot, etc.

What method would you used to straighten it after inner skin is off?

Hey Andy, could you look back at post # 14? I think you missed it due to the page break.

Guessing at "how to" goes no place.

What you see, is what you got, so to speak.

The answer will be obvious once you can see the issue.

Wall coverings are held in place with a good adhesive.
