Side compartment door screws.
'89 25' Excella,
Side compartment doors have rivets all the way around except at the bottom, there are eleven philips screws across the bottom of each door, left and right.
Is there some reason for the screws instead of rivets? These screws are not sealed in any way, should they be? The screw heads stick out further than rivet heads and interfere with the rub rail.
I have just replaced the floor from the wheel wells back due to floor rot and I am now replacing rivets around the C-chanell and rub rail.
