Rivets to fasten taillights to skin from inside?

OK, well there might have been an issue with a tree. And I might need to fasten the right taillight housing back onto a new skin patch.

What kind of rivets should I use?

Thsnks!

If the rivets are inside the light fixture you can use standard pop rivets. Even if the rivets are exposed a little sealant along with pop rivets will do. The rub rail on your coach is attached with pop rivets.

You Might be able to use pop rivets to attach the light housing to the repair before you rivet the patch on

The rivets that were originally used didn't look like "regular" pop rivets; they hold in a part of the taillight bezel that's roughly an inch thick.

You can get different length pop rivets. You can get Olympic rivets as well. But you will have to shave the Olympic rivet unless it is hidden then you can just clip them off.
