The sets will fit either. I think there is a big difference in 'control' between the rivet gun and an air hammer. And I'm not talking about cheap air hammers. I have a good quality CP air hammer, I wouldn't use it to set rivets.

Others disagree. That what it's all about.

Yes I use the cheap air hammers - and am able to control the action by a knob thats on the air hammer itself. I've not used a rivet gun, but don't seem to have trouble controlling the air hammer - I was going to buy a rivet gun, but I figured for 10 bucks I would try the air hammer - seemed to work ok - perhaps I don't know what I'm missing?
