removing rivets

I am about to remove the belly pan from my 1967 overlander international airstream... What is the best (and fastest) way to remove the rivets? Also which tools are the best to use? (brand name and everything) Inland RV has a rivet tool on sale: http://www.inlandrv.com/catalog/images/bucktool.jpg"][/URL]
Would this be a good one to re-rivet a new aluminum belly pan?
What are the differences between the interior rivets that hold the vinyl skin to the interior frame compared to the exterior rivets? (be specific please!)

The tool you are looking at is for buck rivets. You need access to both sides to buck a rivet. The belly pan rivets are blind rivets which means that you do not have access to the back side. You would use a tool like this.

You can also buy the special "large flange" pop rivets to reattach the belly pan from Vintage Trailer Supply.

Then a high speed drill and the Ideal drill bit size is #11 bit but a 3/16" bit will work.
