Any cover that is in contact with the trailer will be of no benefit. Temporary structures will likely catch the wind, that usually comes with the hail, and blow away. A heavy duty awning with clearance above the trailer, with sufficient overhang and really great tie downs might be of some benefit. We got caught in a hailstorm this summer and most damage was caused on one side because of the high wind propelling the hail at high velocity.

Covered RV storage rental yard is we utilized when living in Texas. Other than that...pray and hope the contractor gets finsihed before the infamous Texas Spring storms strike! Good luck.

You could construct an inexpensive
PVC grid frame in a rectangular shape
to go on top of your trailer...such that
the grid frame could be tied on w/ nylon
cords to prevent blowing off. Then - skin
the grid frame with a canvas or tarp or
other material....

Another thread suggested the use of tarps suspended from poles and cables to keep sun and weather off the coach. The concept is to use tall posts and suspend the sail over the top coach where it can not damage the skin. Pat

If you have a small Airstream perhaps one of these will fit:

They do look kind of goofy.

They look goofy, but if it works.... And since a giant roll of bubble wrap is a little hard to haul around...

Buy a SOB white box trailer and gut it. Park Airstream inside of that.
Plus it's great camouflage.
hmmm...
