Olympic Rivets

Need to replace a wing window, and was wondering; do I order

1) With or without a washer?
and
2) What length rivet?

I'm assuming the dia. should be 5/32?

Dick,

Do not use the ones with a washer! The washer over time will harden, crack, dissolve, and be a source for leaks. Just use vulcem when you install them.

I do not think there are different lengths. The standard ones Inland sells have worked for me in all cases.

The 5/32 is the correct size

They do come in different lengths based on the amount and thickness of material you want to rivet together. From what I have seen most of the ones in the Airstream are one size, but I don't know which one

rivets

The Airstream website has a wide selection of rivets. I ordered several different sizes and have used at least three different ones so far. Their prices are fair as well. However, if you buy the rivet shaver Airstream Dreams sells it for much less than Airstream does.
