New uses for old curved roof segments?

Hey Guys,

A couple of years ago (2 years at the beginning of December, but whose counting?) I backed my 1986 Sovereign into my house overhang. Thankfully my insurance took care of the whole repair and I asked the Airstream dealer to give me the old (hand straightened - so not perfect) roof segments. My original idea was to screw them together and use them as an awning over the door of my shed. Now that my new shed is built, I don't think that'll look as good as I pictured. So I have these 3 or 4 slightly bent-up roof segments sitting in the backyard taking up space. My wife thinks I should figure out something to do with them or recycle the aluminum.

Any ideas for a cool project for these curved segments?

Thanks,

Rod

Think of the inside of the curve... I've seen that used as a shell or shrine with a religious figure, Usually the Virgin Mary, underneath - the inside was painted pastel blue on the one I saw.

Just remember, "Happy Wife, Happy Life" and do what you need to make that happen.

You could cut it up and make a really interesting multi-tier waterfall lawn art piece from them. I bet the sounds it would make would be pretty relaxing... Or just recycle it.
