Welcome to the forum. Go to the Dealer and Resource area of the forum and then try www.airstreamtrailers.com for a list of good sites for parts, etc. Also do a search for Colaw's RV Salvage if it is not on that site. One last thing, Frank R on the forum has compiled a list of sources so you might look at some of his past posts in the Members section.

I also forgot to mention that ebay will have individuals parting out trailers every once in awhile.

Unitil very recently, there wasn't an Airstream dealer in Kansas. The last that I heard, an Airstream dealer was opening in Wichita (if my memory serves). You are also not terribly distant from two long-time Airstream dealers. Ace Fogdall RV, Inc. in Cedar Falls, Iowa has been in business since the 1960s. Bill Thomas Camper Sales in Wentzville, Missouri has been in business since the 1970s if my understanding is correct.

I have had a tremendous amount of restoration work performed by Ace Fogdall, and can recommend them without hesitation. This has included repairing some minor collission damage on my Airstream.
