Hail damage

Can filler be used to cover damaged hail area?

Most hail dents disappear, in time, except from the segments.

Yes, but you would have to paint the trailer to hide the filler. If the hail damage is really bad it might be the best way. I have seen pictures of some beautifully painted Argosy trailers. Be aware that quality auto body painting is very expensive if you have a professional do it.

I have used pullers of various sort to minimize the appearance of the hail dents. Dent King is less that $20 and does a fair job on smaller dents. Suction cups are no good for hail dents but ok for larger buckle type dents from running into something at slow speeds.
