Front trim along bottom--repairing

I caught the front trim--pulled it loose when backing up and pulled out a few rivets and tore a bit of the underlying aluminum.
Question is: I can bend the torn pieces back in line and replace the rivets but should I fill behind the space with Sikaflex or just leave it dry?
Thanks in advance.

Fill the rivet holes with Sikaflex. It can't hurt & will prevent any leaks that may occur.

Actually, I would use Tempro in the holes if you have it. I like it better than sikaflex....
