fair weather dents

I made the stupid mistake of placing a ladder against my trailer and slightly dented it in two places.I popped these dimples out by hand but when it gets hot they come back, any suggestions? They are the size of dinner plates and disappear at night by themselves.I could send photos. Any help would be appreciated.
