Exterior Skin Repair

I have some questions. Am repairing a 2005 salvage Bambi 16'/International CCD, right now have removed the bent/crimped skin, inside and out, windows, etc. and am ready to start repair. Can anyone help me with these questions: 1) What grip range is preferred for the 5.32 Olympic Rivet when riveting outer segments? 2) How much Volkem do you think I will need to install the Front RS segments top, middle and bottom, 3) Is there a generic seam sealant, I see the list price is $168.00 per gallon 4) Potential sources for new/aftermarket, or used parts? ie. RS Window corner wrap, RS Solar window wrap, etc. 5) discounts from dealers on these expensive parts? Thanks Peter
