Describing Body Panels??

Hi Gang:

Thanks to all who responded to my previous query on pulling a big dent from my poor Caravel that had an unfortunate meeting with a low tree branch.

I would like to ask how how we describe the different body panels using proper descriptors other than "front end cap" and "rear end cap". I would do it using a clock dial so a front end panel at say 10 o'clock might give the indication of which panel I want when looking around online for one, But there may very well be a better way to do this.

I know on Inland RV there is a list of replacement panels, and they are numbered on a diagram . Not sure if the do that for every model.
