Dent repair

Any place in KC for dent repair or skin replacement? I'm thinking St Louis at BT camper. Anybody had work done there before?

Bill Thomas has been working on Airstreams since the mid 60's.

Except that Bill Thomas is in (near) St. Louis, clear across the state. Still might be your closest choice.

Call before you go. They are going to a Rally in June, and I'm not sure who from their service dept. When we were picking our trailer up last year, we were watching them replace some panels on an older AS. The results were awesome. Beth is their service manager.

Try calling the MB/Airstream dealer here in KC, they might do body work.

Dare I ask how bad?

Not that bad but bad enough to get it fixed. I'll have the dent fixed along with the hail damage. Poor AS, between mother nature and myself it probably wants to go back to Virginia!

I just got off the phone with the insurance company and she giggled when I told her what happened. I will have an adjuster come out but probably next week due to the holiday weekend.

Then this morning the builders across the street broke a gas line and had to dig up part of my yard! Is there a full moon I'm not aware of??

I have a friend in Leavenworth, Ks. He has an '02 AS ( I think ) and needs a lower section repaired from a jack slipping incident last summer. He plans to take it to St. Louis for repair next week. Either he doesn't know of anyone in the KC area or feels it's worth the trip.
