Dent Repair

I have gotten no responses regarding anyone in the Houston area that can repair a dent in an Airstream.
How can I get a list of Airstream dealers in this market area?

The Airstream factory website has a dealer's page. www.airstream.com

Howerer, you are not likely to find a dealer who will repair a dent. They will want to replace the entire panel.

There are Vintage Airtream Club chapters down there in that part of the world. They would have members with experience in this kind of thing.

Good luck,

Mark

Smile Dents

I agree that the dealer is the best place to go for dent repairs. I had a run-in with a tree that refused to yield the right of way and two of the curved sections of my Safari trailer developed football- sized dents. The fix was to replace both panels. Replacement panels came from Jackson Center. The dealership did a super job of popping off the factory rivets, installing the new panels, riveting them in place, grinding the new rivets to match the old in appearance, and insuring that all the new parts were sealed against leaks. Kudos to Parkview RV in Smyrna, DE!

If there are any vitage Airstream clubs down here I have not received any input in this regard. That may be because I spend most of my time on the Motorhome forum. That's why I posted on this forum, to see if anyone had a suggestion.
Thanks.
