I cannot believe it.... I park Cosmo under covered storage in Round Rock
Texas.
Cosmo is tucked at least 6-8 feet under the roof, but a tall roof with strong winds just wasn't enough last night...
The storm last night blew in marble sized hail and hit the front of the trailer....
The front of Cosmo's been hit. Most of the damage is on the front cap segments, as well as down to the middle segments just above the stone guards.
2008 trailer, not even a year old. I feel sick...

Ugh!!! Hopefully a few thermal cycles will help take most of those dings out.
Those darn "thermal cycles" is what caused the storms that led up to this!!
Now I'm wondering if I should have rented a full 60 feet of storage instead of the 34 feet that I have now... Parking it in the center of 60 feet may have helped protect me from the blow in from under the tall roof...

Even the panel above the storage door was not spared....
Looks like Cosmo will need a nose job...

Jeeze, we park ours outside in the backyard and didn't get any hail last night... some folks around us did, though... trees look kinda whooped... Tarrytown got beat up also.
The wind must of been really blowing up your way to have done that damage that far under the covering... There's nothing else you could of done to have anticipated this!
Oh, now I know what Kim meant when she was talking about needing a padded bra for the Airstream...
Sounds like what you need is a short trip to Kerrville. We'll see you there if you guys feel up to it. Pecan loop. Karma, man...

I'm sorry to hear about that. We had lots of thunder in this area last night but luckily for me not much wind. Until I get the frame back under my shell which is sitting on 4x4's right now I'm definitely praying for no earthquakes or hurricanes in the near future. Good luck with the repairs.

Wow, sorry to see such. We didn't get nearly as bad a pelting here, just down the road a ways. Hope Cosmo's recovery is brief and successful. I think we just rented a storage shed!
