Body repair recommendation HELP ????

We will be in need of some body repair in New Jersey. Had a mishap the other day when some knucklehead in Louisiana opened his drivers door just as I was pulling from a fuel pump. His door caught my rear awning arm and damaged the arm and panel to the rear of the arm. Also shifted the rear of the trailer over and caught the other side panel. Both are below the belt line. I was planning to first check with Colonial AS in Lakewood, NJ when I get home next week since they are the closest dealer. Anyone have any experience with repairs by them ( + or - ). Or, perhaps, take it back to AS. Need to work that out when we get home.

Thanks all, see ya on the road sometime.

My trailer is currently at Colonial for repair work caused by a deer who hit us center-mass in the reefer vent door and dented the panel just aft of the door. Almost $7k worth of damage as they have to replace the entire panel.

My dealings with them have ALWAYS been positive and after talking with their service folks, I am fully confident in their ability to repair the trailer. For body work, I would either take my trailer to them or Jackson Center. YMMV. Good luck.

Thanks. I appreciate the + report. They are close by and I would plan to check first with them. I sent them a message the other day but they have not yet responded. Plan to get home early next week and check with them.

No problem. It's best to call, and I think you'll be satisfied with their service.

As an aside, I do know that they monitor Air Forums too.
