Big Dent

New at restoration just acquired a 1972 Tradwind 25 found much-rotted floor at rear under the shower pan. Also has a large dent in left, lower rear skin panel that has the tail light assembly in it. The damaged part is forward of the compound curved section.
I have never tried to beat out dents in 2024T3, but I have no Idea how to make a new panel with the compound curve. Short of a 100K-hammer mill.
Any ideas on ways to make the panel or a source that will sell or make the panel?

Jim can you provide a picture of the damaged area? It sounds like the area you are describing is a flat piece and not compound. The only areas requiring compound curves on your trailer are a few pieces of the end segments, all the other panels including the curved pieces are just flat 2024T3.
If it is a compound segment call an Airstream dealer to purchase a new one, or Inland RV
