Oh, and I used a drop-in stainless steel bar sink I found on eBay. It's shaped like an Airstream. I gave the plumbing fixtures adn the sink to the fabricator, and he cut the holes in the steel.

Sinks are formed so that the drain is flush so all the water drains. What did you do to the salad bowl for a drain? I have seen others say they have done this same thing. I would like to also consider this if the drian works out.

I used a giant hardened impact socket and a hydraulic press to form a 1/8" recess. Cut the bottom hole with my vertical mill. Cut a small hole on the back top edge and installed a stainless bulkhead for an overflow drain tube.

I'm actually suffering, most of my good tools are still on pallets after the move from texas

I was able to get a sink from a late model airstream from a rv boneyard. Picked up the sink and faucet for 25.00 cash. The cabinet was the hard part...
