Wall removal or tightening advice

Just got home from another camping adventure. I have a center bath unit and the corner on the front side of the bath, as you look at it next to the refrigerator is coming loose. The sides that make the corner continue to move apart. I see no screws on either side of wall. Those of you who have taken walls down, how to you find the wall connections. This wall is the bath/refrigerator wall and the hall facing door wall of the bathroom.
