Veneer panel replacement?

Hi. Anyone know of a good source for veneer panel replacement and edge tape? I am doing some remodeling of the refrigerator cabinet in my 2006 19' Bambi. The parts book calls for Tropical Oak/White and White Liner styles. Thanks, Charles

I used Red Oak Veneer in my Tradewind and also bought 1/4" panels from a supplier here in Houston. The Red Oak closely matches the plastic woodgrains Airstream used in the mid 70's trailers. Used Minwax "Provential 215" to stain.
It was a slow process (but what isn't when you're working on an AS).

Tropical Oak Veneer Panels for Cabinet Remodel

Thank you! I've checked out the Alsa website and may order our refrigerator decorative panel from them. Looks like a very good source for re-modelers.

I took attached photos of our remodel in progress so you can see the Tropical Oak/White and White Liner styles, which I believe are common to the interiors of circa 2006 Safari Airstreams.

After five years of enjoying our 19 ft Bambi, we've decided to make a few changes consistent with way we use it. For one, a smaller refrigerator, which will 1) enable us to lower the current cabinet and use the top as a desk, and 2) provides a good place to mount a monitor. We chose the Dometic RM 4223 Americana, basically getting rid of freezer that was in OEM refrigerator, which we never used.

Anyway, if anyone out there knows a good source for obtaining the Tropical Oak veneer panels, please post a reply.

Thanks again.

I had a dealer tell me once that the material was available from Airstream. If so, it certainly would not be inexpensive

I got my veneer from a place here in Houston called Hardwood Products. Might be worth a Google to look them up, maybe they stock or can tell you of the source supplier.
