Tradewind Bathroom Encap Removal

Alright! So I'm going to get two panels replaced in the rear, 19 and 20. I am going to remove the interior as much as needed to get the endcap down. Has anyone done this in recent memory? Tips/ clues/ advice? I understand the small closets come out as a unit. Where would you start? Thanks one and all! MPJ
