Tambour doors

Hi! We have a 1974 Tradewind and having a difficult time figuring out how to remove the tambour doors in our bedroom overhead storage cabinets.
Can anyone help us on the topic? Thank you in advance

Welcome to the forums! It's great to meet another member of the 1974 Tradewind club!

You should be able to roll up the tambour door/material and look on either side of the molded plastic tambour door guides-there should be two screws that you can unscrew-the whole assembly should come right out.

Whatcha gonna do with the tambour material?

Thank you very much for the info. I have removed the screws however it seemed difficult to remove the assembly. I havent worked on it for a few weeks but, I will probably give it a shot in the next few days. Im going to try and reuse the original tambour. If anything changes I will let you know.
