Question Tambour door in sink base

I have a 25' 1977 Tradewind with a contoured sink base. The tambour door below the sink binds badly so I need to repair/replace it. I haven’t a clue on how to get the door out. I don't want to disassemble anything unnecessary. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I removed the bottom track on mine, as there is an airgap underneath it and above the floor. Had to drill out a few rivets and remove some screws.
My tambour is not contoured, however. Yours might be different.
The tambour receptacle is a metal tube with swirls attached on the top and bottom.
Make sure the transition from the swirls to the tambour track is lined up perfectly, or it will bind worse than before. A bit of silicone lube will do wonders on the tambours.

On my 76 Argosy all the tambour doors were in good shape but bound up and difficult to use. A shot of real silicon spray in the tracks (both sides of each track) and up into the end roll tracks and they are good as new. Amazing.
