Replacing Closet Doors

I am trying to figure out how to replace the missing closet doors on my 31 fts Center Bath. It has a roughly 4 ft x 4 ft closet right across from the bathroom. The PO removed these doors and I was thinking about replacing them. The original doors were 2 ft wide and would block the whole hall way and that is most likely why they were removed. They were always in the way. I was thinking of replacing them with a bifold door on each side. So I would end up with 4 panels. I don't think I can go to Lowe's and get a bifold closet door that is only 4 ft tall. So other than buying a door just to get the hardware how do I make a track for the door? Here is a concept drawing.

Any (door making) cabinet shop should be able to make those doors for you. I wouldn't use a track. I'd probably just use two friction catches on each pair for stay closed. Even with a track, there's still the stay closed issue.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

I was planning on making them myself. I need to get all the hardware bits together that I need. The staying closed is another issue. I am in the brainstorming phase right now.
