Thumbs up Possible Lounge Chair --> Dinette Conversion?

Hi there, everyone I've been looking at purchasing one of the older Airstream motorhomes, and there is a 1986 model 325 I am thinking of getting soon. Check out the ad here: http://adcache.rvtraderonline.com/3/4/1/75982541.htm . I already looked at it last week, but I didn't buy it because it wasn't laid out in the right way ... right across from the couch were these two lounge chairs, so that the motorhome only slept four :-\ It seems kind of ridiculous for a 32 1/2 foot motorhome to only sleep four, while some of the older '70's Dodges can sleep six ... I was wondering if it would be possible to take out those two lounge chairs, sell them, and buy / make a dinette that could convert into another bed. Would this be worth it? The motorhome was very nice, wasn't clean, but that's nothing a bottle of Windex and Lysol won't fix It really was nice, drove very smoothly, generator worked ... I wouldn't pay the $20,000 for it, though. I'd try and bring him down to $15,000 or something more reasonable like that.

Let me know what y'all think!
