Plexiglas Door Hinges

Does anyone know the name/type of hinge that is on the plexiglas doors on the forward side of the sink cabinet on the newer models (specifically, the 2009 23' International). We really have no use for a microwave and since the thing doesn't work anyway, I'm going to turn the space into an always-needed cabinet. I think the type of glass door below the sink would do just fine for that space.

Actually, I guess they're glass doors, not plexiglas. I can't find this type of hinge on the internet, so if there's anyone out there who might know, I'd love to hear from you.
