Susan,

It definately looks like a sponging or ragging texture of some kind. I wonder if they has to sand the surface or prime it in any way.

I can't make the Branson rally...I have an Airstream Dealer Council meeting in Scottsdale, AZ that weekend. BUMMER!

But we plan on making the one in the fall!

very very nice, g...

it's a little dark for me, but looks mighty well done, is that countertop silver?

it's starting to look like a gentilemans' club, live 'aboard boat or state room on my yacht

it might be too pretty for camping.

and where are the razorback accents!

cheers

Hog,

Your countertop looks very close in color to mine. Is there a way you can take a look to see if they are? If they are the same let me know where you guys bought it from so I can get it for laminating my dining table.

The interior looks REAL nice.

VERY nice, Gene! I love the contrast between the walls/floor and cabinets! The color combination makes me think of a cigar room or smoking parlor, or a fine steakhouse.

I can't wait to see it in person!!! Two more weeks!

So is that a subtle hint that you want me to grill you a steak and have a smoke afterwards when you come up???

No really, thanks...we love it!

We just used a very thick vinyl on the floor...

Dennis,

The whole counter is a fake...this is what is under it...

and 2air' thought it was some little cooler!

Actually it is an extra door handle for one of the cabinets but don't tell anyone!

Hey 2air'...we are accepting vintage wine for our wine rack in our vintage trailer...so if you have an extra bottle laying around, I know a good place for it!

I'll even share!

A hint?? A HINT?? I am appalled <cough, ribeye!, cough> that you would think I would <cough, porterhouse!, cough> stoop to such a level!

Susan,

I was hoping that Steve would bring his smoker down with him that week since I will be missing the pulled pork at Branson!

Plus, as you well know, Western Sizzlin is right across the street so I've got you covered one way or the other...can you bring the Cigar's???

Gene,

It takes about 13 hours to smoke a shoulder in the smoker. We can get arround that by smoking it for 3 hours, and throwing it in a 300 degree oven for another 3 hours. We will arrive late Friday night since wh work till 4:30. Likely will not be bringing Collin down since he would be stuck in the back seat alone for 13-14 hours roundtrip in 2 days. I need to find out when the darned sofa bed will be at AOA, because if the sofa ain't there...neither will we be .

We can smoke a chicken in 5-6 hours, armadillo eggs in 2 hours, or just go over to the BBQ place.

Steve
