loose overhead cabinet

The cabinet over the head of the bed in my 2005 28 International has partially detached from the ceiling liner which is sheet aluminum. The front corner on the curb side has detached and the cabinet is hanging low on that side. Airstream tech says that it was attached with screws (sheet metal, I guess). I haven't found any of them but haven't unpacked the clothes it contains. He said that he would repair with screws and Olympic rivets. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced overhead cabinet detachment and if anyone has further recommendations for repair. Happy travels.
