Looking to Replace Trim on White Formica

Hi all,

I have an '04 Bambi CCD. Just took it camping and brought my four month old puppy. Little bugger is cute but managed to make a gnarled mess of my "wood" colored trim on the Formica pieces. Picture of one is attached.

I was going to super glue this down, but the piece looks like a strip that will come off and can be reapplied. Has anyone seen this/done it/purchased the laminate strips? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

PS ... this is for several months down the road, once we exit the chewing the phase.
