How to attach fold-out table to wall?

The PO of our '69 Overlander had plans to convert the front to a dinette rather than gaucho and table.
He didn't follow through and we need to reattach the bi-fold table. We have just the table with leg and the heavy piano hinge. There are no screw holes beneath the roadside window that line up with the hinge. Is there supposed to be some sort of wall support?
Any instructions or illustrations would be much appreciated.

The table's piano hinge in my '67 Overlander attaches to what is called the credenza. The door on the left covers what appears to be a wine closet.

If you think you may have had the same setup, let me know as I have other pictures showing how I rebuilt the credenza due to water damage. You should be able to make your own based on the pictures.

Thank you, Tom. I see now that the part we are missing is the credenza that the hinge fastens to. It just didn't seem right that the hinge would fasten directly to the wall.
The other pictures you mentioned would be very helpful.

We're very grateful for your assistance.
