"wiggle wood"

Building curved walls for movie sets we had a bendable 3 ply,4x8 sheets in two directions. I have used them to build round walls al the way down to a 9" radiis. The 4x8 bends the long way and the 8x4 bends the tall way. It is available through anderson plywood and any big laminate supplier can order some. The only drawback is the surface is luan and doesn't accept stain well,
it will paint up nicely though.
