Question How are these attached?

I'm sure someone here can tell me how these dummy end panels are attached. One of mine is a little loose and sawdust keeps falling out from behind it. I would like to remove the panel, clean up and re-attach firmly.

Thanks,

Randy

They are attached with four nails that were installed with a nail gun. If you look closely you will see the putty covering the holes.
