No, fixed dinettes were not a factory option on any
1964 Airstream trailer. Instead, Airstream provided small a put-up/take-down table for shorter 1964 trailers, a pull-out front table for the 22' Safari, and a formica covered drop-leaf table for most larger trailers like yours. The drop leaf table could be set up inside the trailer or taken outdoors for sociable dining with friends.
The drop leaf table provided more dining options than a fixed dinette. Most tables have been separated from their '64 trailer over the ensuing years as many owners simply discard items they don't find personally useful instead of storing them during their ownership period and selling those parts with the trailer to the next owner. Sovereign of the Road usually avoided this problem by having a built-in fold-away credenza table. Many owners of '64 Airstreams have removed the front gaucho and replaced it with a dinette.
1965 Airstreams did not have dinettes. Instead, they had gauchos like 1964 but with built-in slide-forward and fold-up tables on one or two ends of the gaucho that provided a dining option. These fold-up tables were similar to the credenza table in the '64
