Freebies... sorta Sovereign

I'm batting 1000--AS #4 and it has a totally screwed up water system, frozen in a zillion places. But I've always paid a "reasonable" price, so let's get on to the main topic.

Free Stuff!! One week and these parts get claimed or they head for the landfill. As I remodel my 31' Sovereign, quite a few potentially usable parts are coming out. This thread will have multiple editions, so here are the first available parts.

Full size bed (54x75): this bed was all by itself in the rear, laid out transverse. The frames, tambor doors and hardware, metal underneath compartments, and plastic bins.

Curtain rods and hardware from the same compartment. Maybe even the upper valences, but I haven't removed them yet.

Everpure head and Model VI Univolt (buzzing like crazy but charging fine, also another Univolt a couple of years older).

Corner cabinet and tambor (all these tambor doors seem fine--no cracks or rips in the backing, but who knows how much life they have remaining?).

If any of this is of interest, PM me and I'll reserve it for you. Cost is the cost of shipping, or come pick it up.

Future parts will include some of the kitchen counter and its tambors and at least two original vents (to be replaced with Fantastic Fans).

Zep -

I would like the bins (all of them!) And the head for the Everpure....

PM me on how you want to make the transfer....

Thanks for your most generous offer to part with these parts.....I'm a poet and don't know it! Not really! OK, not at all.

Question Drawing on experience

Sounds as if you have done some repair/refurbishing on AS. I've got a 71 Sovereign with a sagging kitchen counter. How do these counters come out - do I have to remove complete cabinet front to get it out?

Refurbish or remodel?

I'm curious about your plans for the Sovereign. Do you plan to go back with original type materials amd such, or make a more modern remodel project? I am about to tackle a '71, and am wondering whether to install new tambor, rebuild kitchen counter and cabinets as original or make a more modern counter unit. I probably will sell or trade AS at some point in favor of a newer model 5th wheel, and am just not sure which route would be more cost-effective and buyer-attractive. Any input is appeciated.

Am in great need of the tambors doors. I need two doors from over head above closet and one from a tall cabinet that the tv sets on. If you still have some left.....Just let me know where to send the money and how much you want for three peices of tambors doors.

Here's the latest parts from the Sovereign.

Remember the corner cabinet in the bedroom? The tambor doors here include that door, plus one from the bathroom cabinet.

I also have the small folding table from the bedroom--two hinges if you wanted them for some other design.

Do you have a tambor door as tall as the corner cabinet one?I also need two more of the same color for the closet but i need them to pull down instead of over like the bathroom pic you show does. Also if you decide to remove the upper valences and no-one wants the whole thing i need four end caps but will take what you have if no one else does
I cant wait to see who you redo this air stream....if only i was as brave...And hubby pocket book was bigger.....

Oops, forgot this part. This is the inner tambor under the sink. Same price as the others--UPS shipping. The outer will be available in maybe three months.

I'm interested in the small fold up table. Send me a private message.

at this point, all the previous items have been spoken for. More coming (like total vents, more of the kitchen counter, maybe a full couch/bed). I'm a little busy getting the water system re-installed, so it may be a few days to a couple weeks.

plastic folding doors

two doors available. the upper track, about 20" long, is also available for one. The other track had to be cut in order to get it out. I could be modified to fit across the standard hall width.

I have an interest in the couch/goucho if you decide to let it go.

upper and lower curtain rails available. The go all the way around the rear bedroom and the front couch area. This is just 1/2 of the upper rail of one set.
