Wish I lived in Illinois (can't believe I just said that!) I could really use that table, ours is missing it. Dang! Good luck!

Did you have your new cabinets custom made for you ? I would like to replace my dinette with a couple of cabinets but I don't know if you just buy the cabinets from Air Stream or have a cabinet maker just make them for you . What did you do ?

Custom Cabinets

I built them myself from 40 year old cypus I ran thru the planer/jointer and used brushed stainless steel panel inserts.
Turned out nice.

Pretty sure it is a forums "rule" that pics accompany anything that "turned out nice".

I could use the tambour for the credenza. Mine was cut by one of the PO's. I don't know if you want to part it out though.

Tambor

Sorry, when several weeks went by with no takers, I used it in the bathroom base cabinet. Had to cut it down to fit but it provided the material for two doors.

OK, offering them was nice of you, but I still want to see photos of your replacement.

If it will help, here's a photo of the new top I made for mine so there would be room for my computer and 37" TV/Monitor.

It is covered with Wilsonart Deepstar HD laminate.

Eventually, I am going to replace some of that stuff as well but I want something that will not clash with the existing faux wood finish stuff. I have entertained thoughts of putting in some sort of dinet. I am not nuts about the couch table arrangement.

Turned out nice, Photos

Used 40 year old cyprus, and "Boos" Bucher block for the counter and dinette tops. Added a lot of brushed stainless steel in kitchen and LR.
