Folding table rollers

Have a 1979 Excella 24' motorhome. The folding table slides on rollers that have rubber 'tires' molded onto the rollers. The 'tires' are shredded and have come off so the rollers don't make contact with the track. Can I buy these rollers? Also, it seems the rollers are riveted in place. Do I just have to grind them off? Thanks much.
