Here is some answers to everyones questions. I installed all of the wood over the metal walls. The wood is Birch, 1/8 inch with 5 coats of exterior water base clear which was sprayed on. The clear coat is made by General. The trim pieces that cover the seems was easy to put on except for the two rear pieces that have a dual compond curve. Those two pieces required steaming to get them to bend without breaking. Once they cooled they kept there shape. The fridge is a Dometic # RM2351. Little smaller then I would like to have put in, but I wanted to keep it under the counter, rather then put in on the other side which is were the closets are located. Plus I have a surround sound system, and a wet jacket hanging area with a drain pan going into that area, remember I live in Oregon!
The last A.S I did was orginal design lay out, just refind. This time I layed out this trailer the way I really wanted it. It has some of the look of old with a mix of new and safety.

1/8 inch Birch? Is that 1/8" Birch plywood or a Birch veneer? Can I ask where you got it? It looks gorgeous!

It's Birch plywood. Its made of about four layers of a cheaper white wood with a veneer covering. You should be able to get it at any large fine wood seller or mill. We happen to have many right here in my area.
