Door edge extrusions needed

My '74 Argosy has interior doors made of two sheets of thin plywood and assembled with a bronze-color aluminum extrusion around the edges.

I'm currently remodeling an area around my rear twins, and I want to create two new drawers where there were none before.
I can reclaim some vinyl-covered plywood to make the faces match, but I need some of the edge extrusion to complete the drawers.

Does anyone know where I can find some of this door edge extrusion? If I can't find any I'll have to come up with an alternate design.

I need about 12' total for my project. If anyone has any scrap doors sitting around with usable extrusion on them, I'd be happy to talk to you. A few rivet holes don't bother me.

Do you have a picture of this trim?

Sometimes you can find aluminum extrusion trim at some wood working places or they can order it. Ace Hardware near me has some odd stuff that I haven't seen at HD or Lowes. Also check with some of your local metal suppliers. Metal place I deal with has books and books of material they can order in.

There is a place called Metal Supermarkets that sells to the public. All types of extrusions and such. Pretty good pricing. I used to be in the aluminum extrusion business.

They have a location in Nashville.

429 Enos Reed Drive
Nashville, TN 37210

Their website is... http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/

The only problem you will have is that they will all be raw aluminum and not anodized. Krylon makes paints in many colors that simulate anodizing. I am using #1403 Dull Aluminum in my trailer.

Hope this helps.
