Detailing wood work on a 67 International

Hi folks,

In regards to the veneer wood,
what product can I use to protect or polish the wood?

furniture polish or wax,
brush on laccuer or varnish,
or just use Murphy's oil soap to clean the wood?

Any suggestions?
