Pewter is not copper colored, its a soft grey.......

Its probably an anodized aluminum trim.

Here's one link to a different 'clip on' trim. This is supposedly the stuff they used in the 1950's kitchens Stainless Steel Snap-on Mouldings

They also have t countertop metal trim Aluminum and Stainless Steel Tee Nosings

Rockler.com carries the plastic trim (t moulding) in several colors - 3/4" in 12 foot lengths

That metal stuff is cool if I had a 50-60's vintage trailer but it does not go with my existing 80's decor. I wish it did because it would make my life easier. Yes my trim is anodized aluminum. I would be fine with the original wood grain T-moulding and if that company above will sell is small quanities or if we can do some sort of group buy it would be ok. Maybe VTS or Inland will start carrying it.

I emailed tapeease and they are going to send me some samples. They only sell in large roles of the stuff, 250ft, but if we can get enough folks interested maybe we can do a group buy or get Inland or VTS to carry the stuff.

Hi Perry,

We have an 80 Excella 31 and could use some of the edging. I think our counters, etc are pretty much like yours. Ours are sort of medium wood color. (Search the photo section using 1980 Excella 31 and you will see a trailer that has cabinets/table identical to ours)

Maybe we could split or share a roll? I don't need 125 feet so perhaps someone else would want to join. Check out the samples and if you think it might work PM me.

Thanks for all of your hard work on this. Your trailer will be terrific!

Unhappy Trim

I think I have found the solution if you are looking for vinyl/PVC T molding trim.
Wesr and Barker in Niles, Ohio has many different sizes, styles, etc. I talked with them today, they will ship any quantity. The rep thought the price would be about $0.75/ft. Check them out, their catalog is online...www.westandbarker.com/new site/main.html. I am placing an order tomorrow .Ron

It's original to the trailer. However, they do come up on eBay. Search Humphrey Light or Lamp.
