Care and feeding of the tambour doors on Airstream cabinets

Hey you guys, wondering if I should be doing anything to make my tambour cabinet door last .... oils ??? or some other product ?? or nothing .. leave them alone .........appreciate amy comments ...... thanks Brian

My first reaction would be get rid of them,lol! I hate mine. But to keep them sliding, we put WD-40 in the tracks. Other than that, you can wipe them down with Murhey's oil soap. I wouldnt get them to wet as they have a backing glued on.

I sprayed mine with clear acrylic. I'm sure Silver Threads would say I now have shiny ugly tambours.
