Cabinets In End Caps Fallling Out

I've noticed the overhead cabinets in the front and rear plastic? fiberglass? end caps seem to be sagging. The po had run a silicone bead around the outside, and silicone in the half inch crack that extends from the corners upward, but it appears to be cracking more.

My question is, since I don't see any screws or rivets holding the cabinets in, how are they held in place, and how can I refasten them securely to the wall?
