Hi uniquemicro; The only way that you can do it is to remove the panels. Router out from back side enough plywood from it's thickness to compensate for the Formica, which you will add to the face. There is usually about 0.020" clearance to begin with, unless your face ply is swollen with moisture. Be sure to router off deep enough to match the depth of the aluminum trim. Best to use is a spray glue made by North Star Chemicals, Inc "Star Stuk Clear HM". If you need more details PM me. Thanks "Boatdoc"
