cabinet hardware

Im in the midst of replacing all of the cabinetry in my 24 ft Minuet. Does anyone know of a high qualitypiece of hardware that I can use to hold the upper doors open? The stock plastic that are in it are not gonna git it. Also I am looking for a means of holding drawers closed when traveling. I have used euro slides on them and would like to keep them from hitting the overlay door. Thanks Curt
